Cuvee` De Kaysen
Brewed to commemorate the wedding of Kelly and Christian Kaysen!
Two different versions of this recipe were brewed; one on Christmas morning (what better time to brew???) that was semi dry and bitter; the other was brewed with Belgian candi sugar three months later. The two beers were then blended and bottled a month before release day.
Resulting, was a creamy, semi bitter but extremely complex brown ale that rocked the wedding and turned heads! Cheers to my sister and the new brother in law!
