This beer is dedicated to one of my best friends of all time, Dave Krausse, as he marries Andrea Bailey.
Dave and I met at CVCC *Crescenta Valley Community Church* in 2005, I think...and we were both in some ridiculous (ly awesome) play and from there Dave took me Frisbee Golfing (to which I still play to this day...with DAVE, the DESTROYER OF TREES), taught me how to longboard, how to punk rock, how to play Tony Hawk, how to be a goon, and how a viking can assimilate into modern culture. Dave, you are a badass, a gentleman, and forever a saint, in my mind.
Congrats to you and Andrea.
Monogamy bock was mashed in the same tradition that Schneider and Sons beers have been for hundreds of years.
Dough in at 86*

sparge for 20 minutes.
I collected 11 gallons of beer, for a 60 minute boil, which gave me roughly 10 gallons at the end of boil.
60% of the grain bill was wheat, so I threw in 5oz of rice hulls to aid in avoiding a stuck sparge.
Everything was right on target, it was a great night of brewing, MUAH!
