WHAT A DAY

6/9/10 was a very very busy day...Not only was 10 gallons of Monogamy Bock bottled, but the labels were printed (word to my mother, for all of the help with labeling), we bottled four gallons of Clown Car Classic Cider (or c4), Hutch's unintentional sour strong ale got transfered to secondary, we got all of the fermenters, buckets, siphons, etc. completely sterilized and ready for the new stuff coming our way, ALSO, I tea bagged one gallon of Heathen Hefe with Williamson Forest Berry tea, which imparts a HUGE bright fruit note on the nose, that accompanies the phenolic clove and spicy zest the Hefe had to begin with. This variation will be dubbed BRUTALItea.

Just got the ingredients for Champagan batch 3; Brut Force, and a very hoppy Pilsner for my friend Chris. Wallet Jihad is coming up as soon as we get the funds, and Monogamy Bock should be carbonated while I'm up at base for two weeks. SOUNDS GOOD.

If you're lucky enough to know Dave Krausse, you'll get to try some of that delicious Weizenbock in a couple weeks. Congrats again, brohammer.

The gears are turning on ideas of what to make for my sister's wedding.....who knows...I have a whole year to figure it out, but we know how fast that goes. CONGRATS TO YOU, TOO, KELL.

Belgian Triple is on the way for a church to have its own brew. HOW COOL IS THAT ISH!?!?!??!?!?!!?

STAY TUNED>
